From School Musical to Signature Drink
This partnership quickly became more personal.
When Ridge View’s Arts Department was hard at work on the spring musical Descendants, Canal Coffee Co.’s lead barista created the Descendants’ Elixar, a themed drink that sold out to a standing-room-only crowd.
That excitement sparked the next idea: create something all Ridge View students could enjoy. The result was the Blazer Bolt Lotus, a drink inspired by Ridge View spirit and designed to bring a little extra energy to busy school days.
For those who may not be familiar, Lotus is a plant-based energy drink. It is a fun option for students, faculty, and staff who want energy and focus without coffee.
Celebrating a Championship Season
When Ridge View’s Boys Basketball Team won the 5A State Championship this month, Canal Coffee Co. was proud to join the celebration.
To help fuel the players for their victory parade, we brought full-fruit smoothies with protein powder. A small way to celebrate a big accomplishment and support the team in one more memorable moment.

What’s Next
This spring, three of Ridge View’s Track Team coaches, Charles Proctor (Boys Head Coach), Warren Eure (Girls Head Coach), and Michael Stackhouse (Assistant Coach), will craft new drinks with Canal Coffee Co.’s baristas. The Track team members will choose their favorite in a blind tasting. We cannot wait to see what they create.
